Want original certificates from college

I have submitted original documents into my college but now I dont want to continue my B.ed further as I m having financial issues.. I have asked the college to give back my certificates but they are refusing to do so instead they are forcing to pay two year fees . But I'm not in a condition to pay remaining fees . How could I get back my original documents from college without paying any money??
hi if the college is not returning original certificates then you could semd them legal notice asking them to return the certificates and if they failed to return then you could file petition in court to return the certificates
