There is a street with the house, in which the neighbor did not build his wall or our wall is getting spoiled due to the use of water.

You can always file a written complaint with the police station of your area regarding your grievances against your neighbours. And if needed you can also register a FIR against the culprits. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

This is an tortuous offense and you can take proper legal recourse in the nature of filing an injunction suit against him. but before that a legal warning through a legal notice can be issued against the neighbour where they will be restrained to not spoil your home. You can even claim compensation from the neighbor.
