Violation Of Building/Unauthorized Construction

The owner is adding additional floors with out the permission of authorities in dda janta flats janakpuri he build 3rd floor without any permission of authorities.

In case he is doing that without the due permission, a legal notice can be served to them and alongwith the owner the DDA and MCD will also be made parties to the notice. this will suffice your requirement as to intimation and in case this dosent help you. A suit for permanent and mandatory injunction will be filed in the court.

1st write an application to DDA. If DDA takes no steps accordingly, file an application for stay as well as file a complaint(not FIR as police won't register an FIR for this) with the police. Further to this let both the matters, i.e. civil and criminal run simultaneously.

if the building is unauthorised and the Builder is adding additional floors then you can file a complaint in MCD and filed case against the Builder for unauthorised construction. the civil court may grant stay on that building and direct MCD to take action as per law.....
