Verify signature and Thumb of Forged Person and Original Party.

My mother acquired property in 1996 and enjoying peaceful till 2015 and paying all taxes, in 2015 one Buyer and identified another who name is same as my name and executed the sale deed. Now we can prove in court for the for Signature and Thumb impression. Forged lady is not traceable by police .
File a FiR for cheating and forgery and police will take up investigation and they will send the documents to FSL for their opinion. Meanwhile you can sue buyer for suit for declaration and declare that forged sale deed in null and void.
