Vehicle Transfer issue and challan

Hello Sir, I purchased a bike with Noc but I could not transfer to my name and then I sale to somebody without any letter and he told that I will transfer to my name but it is not transferred yet but challan is being issued on the vehicles Number and I am getting notifications. How will I escape it permanently as My mobile Number is registered somewhere as I am getting notifications. Recently got a challan which is more than the value of bike. Pls advise how to resolve this permanently.

Hello First you need to clear all the challans pending in the vehicle. To get it cleared with less fine, it’s better to put up the file in Lok Adalat. Your mobile number needs to be registered from your RC. For that , you need to go to the RTO.
