All the Universities have different rules and conditions for doing courses .It appears that if two different courses are done at the same time ,one through regular and another through distance education ,the same may be permissible .However doing the same course through above method at the same time may not be permissible .If you have been selected on a post on the basis of your course done through regular University ,you should submit the certificates in relation to same and based on same can proceed further .In case you want to be clear about status of degree/diploma obtained by you from different Universities ,you can file RTI in both Universities and check about the permissibility of doing other /same course simultaneously from different Universities.
