URGENT Some of Building Residents creating nuisance on terrace

I stay in a 7 floor building which has four flats on each floor and I am the only one occupant in the flat of the top floor. Some of my building residents continue to harass me and now I have got to know that they have planned a huge dinner party tomorrow night at the terrace where they have arranged for stoves, gas and all such things. As far as I know, fire and all such stuff on terrace is not permitted as it can cause a disaster. What can I do to stop them? There is no society in building.
You may file a complaint before the nearest police station detailing about the planned event. You will have to give in writing such a complaint to the police. You mask police for immediate intervention.
