upsidc industrial plot cancellation

we had an industrial plot in greater Noida .we bought it in resale and the registry was in my father's name .in 2006 we got a letter of cancellation of the plot if we don't build it.at the time my father was out of India .and we could not reply to the letter.when my father came to India after few days of reciving the letter ,he quickly responded to the letter for extension.but when he replied the plot was already cancelled and re alloted to someone else.my father then went to the court in 2006 to file the petition and since then he hired and paid many lawyers but they did not fought the case properly and case was dismissed.now he is bed ridden and I am his son who is trying to recall the case againsince and have hired lawyer for it.but the case is not c
