Unsure about the claims of divorce

A Muslim man claims to have filed divorce in 2019 after his marriage in 2018. He wants to marry my sister but he doesn't produce papers to me. It's been 4 years and it looks very suspicious of him for his claims as he said his 1st wife had an affair and want to marry the other guy. Can I legally get details of his case file from court bcoz I doubt that he hasn't even filed a case

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that as you are living with your husband or not if not it's been 4 yrs of desertion also as per Muslim law man can marry 4 times but there are grounds that he has to with the consent of 1st wife as there are many things which has to be discussed as you have not elaborate in this platform so for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
