Unlawful and fraudulent behaviour by regulatory body, rbi ombudsman

I bought a two wheeler on finance from tvs credit on their saying that they give offer on processing fee and low rate of interest etc. But they didn't give any offer further sold unnecessary add on products and didn't even give credit shield insurance benefit when I met with accident. I complained the same to rbi ombudsman and they simply closed my complaint several times simply saying they gave discount etc which tvs credit did not officially agree and without checking avidence etc.
hi if they failed to give the benefits as per the terms and conditions of the contract then you could send them legal notice asking them to provide the ceedit facilties and if they failed to do it then you could approach consumer forum
