Want to knw if we can fill a case against teacher if she has mentally harass 7years old boy

Yes, you can file a Criminal Case against Teacher if she is continuously mentally torturing the child. You can lodge a Police Complaint against such teacher and get it converted into a FIR within a prescribed limitation period.
