Unauthorised construction of toilet under my flat

Unauthorised construction construction of toilet is done under my flat and waste of that toilet is send in the commen drainage of flat due to which whenever drainage get full and overflow all the water and smell of waste come out and it has affected the valuation of my flat

Well, you can get that unauthorised toilet removed or broken or evacuated from that place by serving a notice to the person, who has built such unauthorised toilet. If he does not co operate with you to wipe the toilet from that Police, then, you can approach the Honourable Court for a demolition order to break that toilet, considering, it is diminishing the value of your flat.
