unable to pay loan took from people/organisation!

My father took loan from different people/organizations [govt and private] but now he is unable to pay it! He is a govt employee but did not have enough salary to pay them all. I am really worried about our family? Will he lose his job? or they will stop his salary? What would happen to him or us? I am so worrried. Will we lose our govt rented flat as well? Please advise over it!

namastey. you can simply write applications mentioning your situation to the organisation from where he has taken loan,asking to give some relief or time. better if this could be done through advocate. many times the organisation gives you the relief in personal settlement in good faith.
