Sir koi Uttarakhand government employee two courses simultaneously matter Mai High court se jeet jata hai or uski Government job pr koi problem nhi aati hai.nSir 2 year baad kisi other state ke government employee two courses simultaneously matter Mai supreme court se case haar jata hai to kya, Uttarakhand government employee bhi job se dismiss ho jayega??

Ye is baat pe depend karta hai ke aapka case aur dusre ka case aur facts exactly same hai ya nahi. Agar case aisa hai ke facts aur case different hain dono me, to aapka dismissal illegal mana jayega. Lekin agar case aisa hai ke facts aur case same hain tab aapke govt ka aapko dismissal krna illegal nahi hai.

yeh alag alag matter hain...yahan par dono matter ko mix nai Kiya Jaa sakta...lekin agar same person hain and case same hai to uttarakhand govt employee nai rahega wo...but agar dono different Hain to merit pe decide hoga
