Self proclaimed manager had re-registered trust in 2015 after the settlor's death ,now he is trying to evict the valid tenant's family living fir 20 +years in the trust's premise. In 2010 the settlor had created the cheritable trust in which my father has signed as a witness in the firm if tenant written in bracket alongside of settlor's signature. I। 2015 ,just after the settlor's death, one 5th no. of the member of 2010 trust had fraudulently re registered irrevoxable cheritable trust.

Since the trust was irrevocably created in 2010 by the Settlor (who recognized your father’s tenancy), and a self-proclaimed manager fraudulently re-registered the trust in 2015 after the Settlor’s death, you can take the following legal remedies: 1. File a civil suit for permanent injunction to stop eviction and protect possession. 2. Challenge the 2015 re-registration as illegal and void due to fraud and lack of authority. 3. Approach the Charity Commissioner (if it’s a public charitable trust) to report misuse and seek inquiry. 4. Seek protection under the Rent Control Act, citing long-term lawful tenancy. 5. File a criminal complaint under IPC sections 420, 467, 468, and 471 for forgery and fraud. 6. File for declaration of tenancy rights and recognition under the original 2010 trust.
