Trespassing issue in my allocated parking space in society.

Hello, I have my allocated parking in society. A person always trespass from my parking area when i object, he say he have right to go from other owner parking area to his parking, not using society road. Is there any bye-law, r society act where i can safeguard my parking space from any trespassing persons. Can is install barricade to safeguard my parking.

You can file a complaint to the society for infringing your right of parking. If the person is not adhering to the parking decipline you can further approach the deputy registrar and file complaint against him for his nuisance
