Traffic challan sent to regular court


12-Jun-2024 (In Civil Law)
I was issued challan of Rs 1000 in 2023 but I did not pay online and now the case is transferred to regular but I am not available on that day as I have an exam the very next day in a different state. Can my presence be pardoned or will there be any adverse effects as the court if of Senior Civil Judge.

If you have a challan pending in court, you will have to visit the court to make the payment. Even if you have received a challan on the spot and don't pay it off on time, it is moved to the court, where you can make its settlement. A local advocate is needed for doing the same.

first off all application of challan in the court cjm. . then pay in court vehicle owner and challan person . 9sep 2024 lok Adalat
