My traffic challan of drunken driving is pending in court. It says pay 0 rupee but pending in court. How to proceed this with challan paying

Ho jayega sir uske lie aapko advocate hire karna padega wahi aapka court k through challan pay karwayega. M gurgaon court practice karta hoon agar aapka challan gurgaon ya ncr ka h to m aapki help kar sakta hoon.
