Took payment and blocked number

A guy took Rs 1000 + Rs 6436 for a product and confirmed that product is ready and will dispatch product next day of payment. After making payment he started disconnecting my call and tells that I have other works to do. Jab apka no ayega to apko saman milega. I asked him to refund money, if he doesn't have product but he is not ready to refund and blocked my number. Abb wo bolne Laga hai ki maine usse koi paisa nahi diya hai. Mere pass NETBANKING Transaction details hai. Chat records hai .Phone call records hai. Product was for resale and payment was done from current account
ap consumer court m ek complaint file kar sakte hai apko apke paise refund honge saath hi unn logo par penalty lagegi ase krne ke liye or apko mentally pareshan krne ke liye bhi unka apko payment krna hoga

you can file a fraud complaint against him you can complaint on him under section 420 406 and it act police will filled a fir AGAINST him so don't worry give a complaint to sp of your city if they refuse and not take a legal action you can approch concern court.
