To organise a General power of Attorney from my wife to me

We have a property in my wifes name in Bangalore and we are planning to sell it we both are Australian citizens with OCI and PAN no Adhar I will be travelling to India in October-November period with the intention of selling the property so We need to organise a general power ot attorney from my wife to authorise me to act on her behalf, my wife will not be travelling to India if u have any questions pls let me know at the moment I want to know the fees and charges for this service in Bangalor

Hello sir, The power of attorney can be given to you by your wife for sell of property situated in Bengaluru, India. Procedures have to be followed for the power of attorney to be in compliance with Indian laws.
