It is important to understand the legal implications and rights of all parties involved before taking any action. It is possible that the person who is using the bore water is doing so legally, and that your father may not have the right to prevent them from using it. However, if the son of this person has truly been harassing your father, then this is a criminal offense and should be reported to the local police. It is best to seek legal advice from a qualified attorney. They can review the details of your case and advise you on the best course of action. This may involve filing a civil suit against the person and their son in order to protect your rights and to seek compensation for the harm caused. It is also possible that the police may be able to take action against the son for harassment and other criminal offenses. Your attorney can also provide you with advice on what evidence you may need to provide in order to prove your case, and can help you understand any other legal requirements for registering and protecting your rights. They can also provide you with advice on what maximum punishment and compensation you may be able to seek as per the law.
