There is a temple in our place our house is very small that temple was build by our family only for home extension we are decided to destroy the temple and build the house will it be a problem or not

If it has been a dedicated temple and worship place for general public then it may create communal problems and unnecessary litigation. If you have proper documents to prove your title then you can extend your house construction without demolishing the sanctum Santorum of the temple.
