Terrace rights of individual flat owners

I stay in 5th floor of an apt which is the last floor. I am the owner of the flat. The apt is of 10 flats. Association is not yet formed. Some flat owners formed grp and gave a proposal of using terrace complete borders for cloth hangers. I have objected the idea as it completely blocks view of outside from terrace. As other 9 flats are interested... What rights do i have to object it....
sir we can file a suit for injunction getting a direction from court from restraining other from using the terrace for drying clothes and you also have to tell me about the any other problems you have that can be discussed contact so that i can help you
