Termination from job by the private companh

I was terminated from the company,during lockdown few days back,The reason what company gave in email,"We are restructuring,do dont want your services, and you are on notice period of on month".
What remedy can i get, through law ? As i need justice.please guide.
The communication by the Company needs to be read before action.
Meanwhile, certain percentage of salary for few days can be considered but terminating someone with any cause of action is wrong and illegal.
this needs to be handled through an Advocate who will issue the notice for compensation and due salary with of notice period
