Temporary garage at end of colony in closed colony

We have colony which is closed from one side. Our house is in the last. So we park our car at the end of the colony. There is no issue to from any of the colony members from last 20 years. But suddenly one new neighbour came opposite to our house he also wants to park his car there, we don’t have any problem because the area is divided equally.
