Teant Claiming To Be Owner How To Remove

I purchased the property in 2020 after I purchased one tenant file case that he is the owner by keeping some bogus unregistered document like GPS affidavit and full and final settlement paper no show I must file case for possession or for declaration of title box the real owner ex pired in 2019 after he expired I purchased from his legal heirs

A tenant cannot claim ownership under any circumstances. A. Hi, Since there is an agreement between you and the tenant, they cannot claim the property. Even if the situation turns bad with the tenants, police cannot help in taking possession of the property. Only the Court of Rent Controller under whose jurisdiction the property is located has the power to order for Eviction of a tenant.
