Taxi parking in Society in my Parking

I am having one commercial taxi which is not being used for last 1 year and is parked in my society. Now the society is making objection that I can't be allowed to park taxi permit car. Is there any law for that. Need clarification please.

is your society registered
if regsitered you can check there rules and regulations
and as its your car you can park it anywhere you can should the registered document to them
if then also dey disturb you , you can file a police complaint as well as RWA department complaint agaisnt them

No there is no such law in this regard. However the society /RWA can make their own rules and implement them in public interest . You should write an undertaking or affidavit to the society that the vehicle belongs to you and you are responsible for it. They cannot take any legal action against you if they are threatening as there is no such law, technically its your property and you are just parking it like other cars. Make a police complaint or call 100 if they are creating a scene in the society and harassing you.
