name in 10th marksheet. :- Name : Vishal Palja Father name : Arvindlal Mother name : Aartiben name in 12th /adhar /Lc( leaving certificate).: Name : Patel Vishal Arvindlal Father name : Patel Arvindlal Mother name : Patel Aartiben where Patel is our caste and Palja is our subcaste.I had passed 10th in 2024 now it had been 1.5 years and for 12th loc were filled and submitted as per above name.

Since both records belong to recognized educational boards, you will need to apply for correction. Firstly you have to prepare an affidavit stating correct name and clarifying error and then you can publish it and officially your name will be corrected.
