students prize winners lodged FIR has they havent received prize money
20-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
4 student prize winners in a competition host by my college have filed an FIR for the cause that they havent received their prize money worth (1000+1000+1500+2000) rupees claiming we stole the money when in reality there has been a delay with our sponosors. We have arranged the money through personal means and plan to distribute the cash prize within 24 hrs of the news. What specific steps should be taken to remedy the FIR?
You should file FIR alleging cheating, criminal breach of trust and fraud against sponsors. It will indicate your genuineness and help you in future.
You should corporate with the investigating agency and show all necessary papers.

dear client if the FIR is lodged against then we had to see the section of the offence in which you are charged are compoundable or non compoundable . i dont think that the FIR is lodged by the police officials, i think a complaint against you is pending in the police station
