STP smell and noise creating nuisance to the residents

Our builder newly installed STP and its going through our staircase. Its next to the master bedroom bathroom window of the flat which is just few meters from the living area. Its creating too much of noise and residents already feeling health effects. We would like to file NGT case against Builder and Pollution board for gross negligence and installing the STP next to the living area. We need your advice on how to proceed further? Which one to file Civil suite or Consumer court or NGT so that builder has to shut down the STP and relocate to some other place within the property so that no other resident faces the issue.

first of all you will have to file an injunction suit against the builder or the person who is responsible for that, and also I need some information as to where this STP located, is it inside the apartment and association property or in neighborhood? pl call me for more information
