मेरा समायोजन में ट्रांसफर कर दिया गया है , और मैने उसके खिलाफ कोर्ट में फाइल लगा रखी है जिसका परिणाम नहीं आया ! अब मुझे रिलीव करने के बाद यदि मैं दूसरी स्कूल में ज्वॉइन कर लेता हूं और इसके बाद COURT ट्रांसफर पर रोक लगा के यथास्थान के आदेश निकले तो क्या वो प्रभावी होंगे?
ji ha agar court ka order aa jata hai to apka yathastithi ke liye court order prabhavi rahega,apka chahe kabhi bhi transfer ho gaya ho agar court apki baato se or apki paristithiyo se satisfy hota hai or apka transfer gairkanooni tateeke se kiya gaya hai court apke favour mai order de sakta hai jo ki apki department ko maanne padenge
