Sound pollution and Nuisance by the nearby factory which is an issue

I am currently residing in an apartment. Near the NICE road, there is a factory that is currently operational.
Every day they work until 12 a.m, and most of the time they have large trucks loading and unloading, which causes a lot of noise and is causing nuisance. We haven't slept in over 4-5 days due to the noise. We have called the company owner and informed him of the prob
You can lodge a complaint with the police and the pollution control board.
If they do not take action then a writ petition can be preferred before the high court to seek directions to the factory to have a fixed working hours.
