Someone File Civil Case On Me Without Knowing Survey Number

My land survey number 1304 details as under 1) postion from +50 years on land 2) pahani copies from +50 years on land 3) patta passbook issue by revenue office 4) paying house tax and vacant land tax 5) took building permission in 1984 6) latest we done survey report in 2022 7) latest we built house with building permission on survey number 1304 We have all documents but someone file civil case on me mentioned that your survey number is 1306 not a1304 Opponent Target us deliberately..
