Some Young People drinking alcohol and Shouting at Night.

I have a house at Bardhaman , there is a club at the ground floor. In some days in the week there was some people come and drink alcohol and using slung language so that my parents was disturbed. My father was a heart patient has a pacemaker . In this situation they do not sleep properly . So what to do in this situation?

file a 144(2) case as well as a case under senior citizen act the court will surely direct the police to take stringent action against the drunken men and ask the court to put them behind the bars so that they learn a lesson
