Society people not letting assistance doctor to continue the clinic

Hi my boss was running a clinic along with four assitant doctors in residential bldg for last 10 yrs.. he passed away few days back, now society secretory is saying asistant doctors cannot run clinic, one of the asisstant doctors happens to be his son in law, he is looking after his clinic, nobody from family like son or wife is doctor ....what legal course can be taken.. waiting for a satisfactory suggestion
