Society committee members not doing right thing

we, parents are living alone in our son's house, bought for our staying purpose, while he and his wife stay away from us near to their working place. vested committee members are exploiting our society functioning with mismanagement. Any recourse for us to interfere and fight for our rights?
Dear queriest, As per your query you have mentioned about the present house which is owned by your son but he and his wife are staying in the other house, since he is the owner of the said house you are not having any authority to interfere in the said managing committed which is only can be interfered as the owner of the house I.
