Sitting privately with my girlfriend in car is it a crime

If I am sitting with my girlfriend (with her consent) in my car (parked in our local community park) for spending some time privately , without disturbing anyone else , is this a crime ? And , can the policemen ask me to come to the policestation for this ?

No it is not crime, if you are sitting with your girl friend in the car actually it is a duty of police officer to maintain peace and tranquality in the society. so police has power to check and get information from ant person in his capacity, but some time the couple feal harassed by police officer ... so... if regularly police official harrased you, you can file complaint against that police officer to higher police officer or public grevance cell
