Sir, This is my service matter linked to Election law.

Sir, I am a junior lecturer in English. I could not attend to Election Duty as P.O. in May of 2024. District Election Authority issued me a Show Cause Notice through our RJD of intermediate education. I replied that I couldn't attend to P.O. duty due to my back-pain. I produced medical prescription of doctor and previous Medical Reports but our RJD has issued Proceedings to cut my two increments with cumulative effect with CCA rules in election code.please reply.

hi first need to see the show cause notice issued o you and your explanation to it and the proceedings in which RJD had issued the order to cut your increments and based on that you could file writ petition in high court aggreived by the order
