Single Affidavit & NOC from Nepal for Marriage Registration in India

We got married in Nov 2024 (Indian Husband, Nepali Wife). She has studied in India majorly and has been working in India since 2011. We need to register our marriage in India and got to know that it needs to be done under special act and that requires few documents (Single Affidavit from Nepal and NOC) for processing. Given that we got married last year, can these docs be still provided by the respective authorities ? Will affidavit state that lady is still unmarried or got married in in India ?

In Affidavit should be mentioned as Girl was unmarried till date..and got married on Date..... with Mr.. with full details of Girl and boy and by attaching both parties ID proofs, SSLC marksheet/ birth certificate and PAN .. these documents are mandatory..
