Ak bhai ne jamin me apni 4 bahno se apni tarf me haktyag karva liya ha or dusre bhai ko haktyag me se kuch nhi mila or fir khata vibhajan karva liya to kya ab ham us haktyag ko court me cheleng kar sakte ha kya

Agar ek bhai ne apni 4 behnon se apne favour mein Haktyag karwa liya hai aur doosre bhai ke adhikaron ko nazarandaz karte hue uske baad khata vibhajan bhi karwa liya hai, to paristhitiyon ke anusaar us Haktyag aur uske aadhar par hue khata vibhajan ko Court mein challenge kiya ja sakta hai. Agar Haktyag fraud, dabav, galat jankari ya kanooni prakriya ka palan kiye bina karwaya gaya ho, to aapke paas mazboot kanooni aadhar ho sakte hain. Is maamle mein sahi salah dene ke liye sabhi documents ka avlokan karna avashyak hoga. Agar aap is maamle mein legal consultation ya Court mein representation chahte hain, to aap humse sampark kar sakte hain.
