Shops in residential building opening food stalls and restaurants

08-Sep-2023 (In Civil Law)
There are shops in our residential building on ground floor, they openly operate food stalls, hawker stalls and restaurants causing nuisance to residential flats. Society has not given them any permission to shop owners. Can residential flat owners file legal complaint against these shops.

if the property where these stalls, hawkers etc. etc. etc. operate is the property of the society then you should immediately file a complaint with the society and ask them to thereafter approach the appropriate authority to take the matter further.
