Service related issue. Petition filed and got judgement official rejec

A govt aided institution stopped salary of staff after serving 20-25 years saying that prior to grant in aid said employee was not the part of institution as grant in aid condition was for existing staff. But the said employee served before grant in code for few years. Management of institution adjusted his service to get benefits of services as shown he was present. But unfortunately caught him with proof. He filed petition in the high court got judgement to consider petitioner request reject.

you can file writ appeal. in writing appeal you may succeed before the division bench. such things actually without properly reading the documents we cannot advice. but on the face of it whatever is written here, you can ho for appeal.
