They selected outer candidate where most efficient and highly qualfied from internal candidate reject,nnCan it be chllenged writ application?nnSelected person got offer letter and ACC approval. Selected candidate would like join with 2 yrs Lien from his parent organisation but position is for 5 yrs.nnIs it allowed for join in Direct recruitment?

There has be some sort of examination or evaluation method to select the best candidate possible for the job. If such evaluation process has been neglected and without any such thing candidates are selected it arbitrary which finds no place in law and hence, must be challenged in the High Courts.
