section 447,341,506 r/w 34 IPC on me i am eligible for railways job ?

one of my relatives (Aunt) complaint on land dispute . FIR on me and my dad based on FIR they considered A1 has my DAD and A2 has ME .FIR filled with section(s): 447,341,506 r/w 34 IPC but I am preparing for railways job. I am eligible for applying railway jobs or not . actually I am not involved in this case but they created I am involved .Could you please say I am eligible for govt job are not ?

hi you could file quash petition to quash the FIR as it is based on all false allegations and that you are not cinnected to allegations mentioned in the chargesheet and that if they are not giving you job on the pretext of pending case then you could approach court
