Firstly, collect proper evidence – take photographs and videos showing the garbage being dumped near your window. Then make a written complaint to the School Management and keep acknowledgment. If they still remain adamant, you can file a written complaint with the local Municipal Corporation/Health Department seeking immediate action. If the nuisance continues despite complaints, sending a strong legal notice is very important. A properly drafted legal notice demanding that they immediately stop dumping garbage and warning of civil and criminal action often brings such institutions in line. If required, you can also file a civil suit for injunction to restrain them from continuing this nuisance. Timely legal intervention will put pressure on them to act responsibly.
