We didnot sign anything as per my knowledge and it's just mentioned in school diary that we need to inform in December if not we need to pay first term fee if we plan to exit ...after final exams my kid hasn't attend school not used any school related services also..now what should be my next steps ( i spoke to pricipal)

If there are no pending dues and you haven’t signed any binding agreement, the school generally cannot withhold the TC just because of late intimation. A diary note alone is not a strong legal ground. email to the school asking for TC clearly stating no dues are pending. If they still deny, you can file a complaint before the DEO.

Initially collect all the proof of no payment dues, then you can send letter to DISTRICT EDUCATION OFFICER. Or for speedy process you can send a legal notice through an advocate by attaching all facts and proofs.

Send a written request to the school asking for the TC clearly stating there are no dues. Mention that you did not sign any agreement about notice or extra fees. Ask them to give a written reason for refusing the TC. If they still refuse, file a complaint with the District Education Officer. You can also send a legal notice through an advocate for unfair practice. Keep all proofs like fee receipts and communication safely.
