School refuse TC as father objects

Hi,
I am 34 yrs old woman having 3 kids. Due to marital problems I have moved out of the house with my kids . I got admission for my kid for 6th std in a cbse school . The school has provided me 3 months time to produce the TC. For my other kids 1std and pre school they said TC not mandatory. I applied for TC in the old school... But my husband has given objection letter to the school requesting not to give TC without his concern... Kindly could someone suggest an alternative method to get the TC. . Please note that I have not legally seperated from my husband
immediately send your presentation and the director of public instruction it is the duty of the school to give the transfer certificate if the father of objects that you make the father of one of the party in the writ petition and file before the honorable High Court foR necessary orders

In this case, you and your husband both are parents if anyone can apply school TC. School can not refuse your request suppose school denying TC you give complaint against school in District Education Officer about the fact.
