School demanding money for one month where the student not gone

A student change his school and want tc all dues are clear but the authority wants to pay for the month of April fees where the student is not gone and they say after that tc can be given this is because you not informed us. But we informed to school that may be the student change the school on 15th April . is it right?

it is not right at all. file a complaint with your local district collector regarding this and send a copy to the ssp and the education minister of your state. after that file an rti against the collector's department asking them what they have done regarding your complaint. if the above things do not work then send the school a legal notice . if you further help kindly contact me.
