1) If a property is in permanent stay by District court, Whether property division case can be filed under 116 of UP Revenue code 2006 in Tehsil.2) If a property is in permanent stay by District court, Whether it can be sold to third party.
dear client as per your query I can only suggest that firstly there is no permanent stay. and in 116 a bhumidhar can file if he is a co sharer if the land in question is under litigation then no one can sell it for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
