Hi, one of the pre conditions for a valid transfer of property is defined Under section 12 of the Indian Contract Act, that a person is of sound mind of the purpose of making contract if he is capable of understandings it and of forming a rational judgement as to its effect upon his interest. A contract made by a person of unsound mind is void. Hence there is a ground to reclaim the transferred property on the above facts.
